Barbara, Raymond and George Pompano
| Pompano Auctions was established in 1970 by Raymond and Barbara Pompano Raymond and Barbara were schooled in the Auction Business in Miami Beach Florida from 1968-1970. The Pompano family started their monthly auctions during the Spring of 1970 in North Haven, CT. and have continued to have monthly auctions ever since, in Connecticut, May-December, as well as Auctions in Florida, January to March. Their son George Pompano was schooled at the Missouri Auction School,
Class of 1987. Upon his return he took on the position of General Manager and Auction
Co-ordinator, and is now a Web Designer - George is the WebMaster of Auction50.com, as
well as AudioEz.com, which he owns and operates. The Pompanos have raised money for Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, during
its Labor Day Telethon to the tune of some $50,000.00, in one weekend; The City of New
Haven; the New Haven Soup Kitchen; St. Jude Children's Hospital, just to name a few.
